EligibilitySuitable for graduates and health professionals of all disciplines interested in working with older people, in any setting. ContentThis paper explores the social, cultural and economic contexts of ageing, and ways of achieving independence for older people in New Zealand. Special reference will be made to issues in service delivery in the care of older people in the community, and to the interface between formal and informal care. Subject matter covered includes:
