Computer Services -
Staff
Manager
Eddo joined the School in January 1997, and is responsible for Managing
the Computer Services department. He provides the overall IT view, IT
strategy, and oversees the implementation of systems.
Technical Administrative Assistant
- Manage and maintain all administrative and technical administrative
processes.
- Provide monitoring functions for critical processes in Computer Services.
Web Coordinator/Developer
- Develop and maintain the School's Internet and Intranet websites.
- Provide support, advice and training to other staff in the development
of Internet resources to support the teaching, research and administrative
activities of the School.
Student Support Officer
- Provide technical computer support for students.
- Maintain the student computer lab computers and printers in collaboration
with ITS and SCS.
- Provide assistance with helpdesk tasks.
- Maintain user data backups as part of disaster management.
- Hardware specialist.
Systems Support Officer
- Maintain the centralized IT systems in the School.
